Damaged products 


  • If you unpack your product and find it damaged, you can return the product to our store within 48 hours of purchase.

  • If you cannot make it back to store or in the case of large items such as POINT OF SALE goods, please call us on 073-522-3566 to arrange an appointment.

Faulty products

  • It’s bad enough that your product develops a fault, so we try to make our returns or repair service as painless as possible.

  • If the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase (or delivery or installation) we will always offer you either a repair, exchange or refund. If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period (normally 12 months from delivery or installation) we will offer you a prompt repair service. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.

  • We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear, Load Shedding, Power failures, insects, cockroaches, rats, water damage


Unwanted products


  • An unwanted product can be returned within 7 days of delivery as long as it's still in original, unopened packaging.

  • Returns and exchanges can only be processed with proof of purchase. This can be the sales receipt, a bank statement or an online sales invoice.

  • You cannot return unwanted items after 7 days of purchase, nor can you return items that have been used.

  • In accordance with your rights when you purchase goods , unwanted products can be returned open so long as you let us know you want to return them within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery. They must include all original packaging, be in ‘as new’ condition and must not have been used, installed or had any data input on them.

  • CCTV installations cannot be undone if you deem the system unwanted at your premises.  Once a CCTV system is installed at your site, please note that you are responsible for the Labour per point when installing the cameras as well as all the equipment used and the cabling which has been cut to size to fit the installation.

  • Point of Sale Systems will be gladly be exchanged for something else in store or refunded within 7 days of purchase.however, the Software will not be refunded due to its virtual properties. Labour for installing will not be refunded. call out fees will not be refunded. Training Fees will not be refunded.

  • Cash Registers will be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of purchase , They must include all original packaging, be in ‘as new’ condition as when purchased and must not have been used, installed or had any data input on them.

  • Money Counters will be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of purchase , They must include all original packaging, be in ‘as new’ condition as when purchased and must not have been used, installed or had any data input on them.

  • NETWORK installations cannot be undone if you deem the system unwanted at your premises.  Once a NETWORK system is installed at your site, please note that you are responsible for the Labour per point when installing the NETWORK as well as all the equipment used and stated on the pro-forma invoice. The cables were cut to the size required for installation, so you are responsible for the payment. 

  • Website creation and Domains as well as DNS will not be refunded at all due to it's virtual nature. We regret no refunds or exchanges will be accepted on these types of items.
