How do I get a refund instead of a credit?

You can request a refund by sending us an e-mail to :

Refunds will be processed via EFT , you'll be asked to provide us with your preferred banking details.

Once your refund request has been processed, funds may take 14-21 business days to reflect in your account and are subject to your bank's processing times.

Why is my refund taking so long?

Can I return my product?

If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return them item for a credit amount to the value of that item you purchased from us. With that credit amount you can purchase anything else in the store. No refunds in cash will be given if you are not satisfied withthe item.

Can I exchange or replace a product?

Yes you can, just send us an e-mail to : sales and tell us what product you want in exchange for the one you bought.

Can I return a product without accessories?

Unfortunately not. The complete product, including all it’s accessories has to be returned, as we may need to provide you with a complete replacement or full credit / refund.
