  • What are my delivery options and how much does it cost?
    Delivery options: 1) Store pickup - Free 2) PUDO - Each time you send a package it will cost between R50 and R200, depending on the size of the locker you select. Make sure that you have enough credit in your pudo account before sending your package to the locker. for more information go the PUDO website
  • When will my order be delivered?
    If it is a store pickup, the item will be ready within 1 working day, please wait for your confirmation If it is a PUDO Locker drop off, Please wait for the Locker PIN Code from our dispatch department
  • Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?
    I’s not possible to change your delivery address after confirming your order, so please always double check that your address details are correct at checkout. To change your delivery address permanently for future orders, you can update your Address Book under your Customer Information in the members area
  • What happens if a product is missing from my shipment/delivery?
    We have an estimated delivery time of 1-10 working days, depending on location and area given for delivery. If a customer does not answer, or neglects the Couriers call, they will reschedule the delivery up to 3 times. If no answer is given by the client, the courier will try to gather more info of the customer by Quantum Technologies. Quantum Technologies will then try to contact the customer by use of a call, message or email. If no answer is given the package will return to Quantum Technologies and the client will be responsible to pay extra for delivery as it has cost Quantum Technologies money to try and deliver the package without success.
  • Does Quantum Tech ship internationally?
    We do not ship outside of our borders at this time; we are working on it for the future
